We take great care in making sure your order leaves our hands in excellent condition. Every item is checked by the artisan after he completes the finishing touches. We check it again when we stock it and one last time right before we ship it.
If you received your item damaged or if you received a wrong item, please inform us at once via email at support@luvicy.com. Please note that our items are either handmade or hand assembled, and finished by hand. There are minor imperfections as such.
Before Opening Your Package
Please take a video of the process just incase you received a damaged or incorrect item. This can be used as proof that your claim is legit.
Items purchased MUST be full price items only.
Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
Items bought during sale or with vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items purchased are eligible for a one-time return or exchange.
Items purchased from luvicy.com maybe considered for return in exchange for store credit or replacement if the terms below are fulfilled:
Received Damaged Item
If you received a damaged item, take a video or photo of the item and include it in the email to support@luvicy.com along with a photo of the original packing slip/receipt/invoice (ensure the details are legible). If we confirm that the item is indeed ours, we will either issue store credit or send you a replacement (if we still have the item in stock).
However, the product must first be returned for inspection in its original condition along with its original packing slip/receipt/invoice, packaging, tags & gifts which we sometimes surprise our customers with. You will have 5 days from the day of you received your order to contact us and inform us of this.
Received Wrong Item
If we sent you another item by mistake, please contact us first at support@luvicy.com for instructions within 5 days from the day you received your order.
Please note that you, the customer, will bear any originating shipping costs and any return shipping costs when you return or exchange a product.
All exchanges and returns must be returned to Luvicy.com within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that damage caused by improper handling or care is not returnable. Luvicy.com will not be held responsible for refunds on items which are undeliverable, or for delays in delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information which was given at the time of ordering.
Please be aware that Luvicy.com. reserves the right to decline returns if the specified conditions are not met. Returns and refunds may be declined even in cases where conditions are fulfilled. Accounts exhibiting suspicious return behavior may undergo monitoring and potential suspension.
Luvicy.com is not liable for parcels lost in transit during return.
Luvicy.com reserves the right to refuse a return should the item arrive in dissatisfactory condition.
Reward points redeemed and delivery charges paid in the original order are non-refundable.
We do not entertain buyer's remorse as we have a no refund policy so please be sure you really want to purchase our items before completing the checkout process.
